ENGAGEMENT

CONSULTATION STATEMENT

UKAHT worked closely with a number of experts and organisations to develop the Conservation Management Plan. A list of all those who took part is published in the Plan itself. Bringing together experts and encouraging feedback helped to enrich the Plan and ensure it is fit for purpose.

'A team of key stakeholders also advised on the creation of the CMP, including the Shackleton Family, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), British Antarctic Survey, Falklands Maritime Heritage Trust, Endurance22 expedition members and a number of experts in relevant fields.'

UKAHT would like to say a big thank you to all those who have taken part in the development of the Conservation Management Plan for Endurance.

If you would like to read more about how consultation was undertaken and how it informed the Plan, please see our Consultation Report here.
